We would recommend Dave and JoAnne Adams Group for all of your real estate needs. After listing our home for six months with another agent and having very little traffic, we listed with Dave and JoAnne. They took beautiful pictures and advertised better than we could have hoped, which gave us the results we wanted. Dave and JoAnne were very easy for me to talk with. I was able to articulate my concerns for the unit to them. They had all the information on comparable properties in the area that I would have to compete with. Dave provided me with a plumber to verify that my sink was not leaking and a mover for my household goods, who met with me prior to the movers coming.
