Dave and Joanne recently helped my wife and I sell a home. The transaction was very smooth and we never had a concern. They diligently handled all aspects of the process from showings to contract negotiations, inspections through to settlement. It was such a pleasure working with them. Very professional and thorough. Their response time to questions or concerns is almost immediate. I highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling property. They are the best!!

Dave and JoAnne are fantastic realtors - they worked around my busy schedule and even toured homes on my behalf when I was out of town. They were very patient and took time to explain the process with a first time buyer. I highly recommend them A+++!
