Dave and JoAnne, helped us buy our dream home under interesting circumstances and sell our previous home in record time. They are amazing to work with, extremely responsive and they always have the best interest of you the customer in mind. Hoping not to move again for a very long time, but if that day were to come unexpectedly they would be the first people we call!!

Dave and Joanne were wonderful in handling the recent sale of a property we owned in VA. We currently live in NC. Concerned about the long-distance relationship, but not with these two professionals. They listed, advertised and sold our unit in 2 days. Then they went on to continue making the selling process again seamlessly. They handled the contract information, settlement information and closing without a hitch. We will definitely use their services again. They are the epitome of what a realtor should aspire to be....know... read more

Dave and JoAnne were recommended to us, and we recommend them to everyone interested in selling or buying a home. Their knowledge of the market, professionalism, and incredible response time made the process stress free. They were a joy to work with and you should feel confident putting this process in their hands.

Dave and Joanne Adams provided great care, patience and service by finding a home for our family to purchase in a tight housing market. He also supplied a finance contact that was equally professional and competent in assisting us throughout the loan process. I definitely would use The Adams Group again but the question is...would they work with me again????

JoAnne and Dave have a wealth of experience and an extensive network of contacts that can assist you with all aspects of preparing a house for sale. They had recommendations for contractors, storage needs, "junk" disposals and movers to name a few. They would provide at least 2 options for my consideration. Their recommendations were competent and reasonably priced vendors. JoAnne and Dave were always early for appointments and responsive by text, email and phone whenever I had a question, concern or problem. They are very o... read more

Very knowledgeable about the area. A huge advocate throughout the entire process. Even after the house closed continues to be supportive and answers questions quickly!

Dave and Joanne recently helped my wife and I sell a home. The transaction was very smooth and we never had a concern. They diligently handled all aspects of the process from showings to contract negotiations, inspections through to settlement. It was such a pleasure working with them. Very professional and thorough. Their response time to questions or concerns is almost immediate. I highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling property. They are the best!!

Dave and JoAnne are fantastic realtors - they worked around my busy schedule and even toured homes on my behalf when I was out of town. They were very patient and took time to explain the process with a first time buyer. I highly recommend them A+++!
