Dave and JoAnne shepherded us through our first home-buying experience. They explained the entire process on our first meeting, so we knew what to expect. Dave was such an amazing agent and he took a huge load off the stress of moving. He was super fast with responses and on top of everything from showing the apartment, getting the application to me, getting me in touch with the landlord, to signing the lease, all done within days. He also stayed with me as I settled in to make sure I had the right keys and he introduced me to management and other staff. As a single woman, I really did find that helpful.
