Dave and JoAnne are so lovely - wonderful people, and really dedicated to their work. They will pressure you way less to make quick / uncomfortable decisions than most brokers I've worked with. Dave always texted me back within minutes, even in the evenings, to keep things moving. He also helped us get very close to the terms we wanted to get to. I really enjoyed working with them, and would recommend!

Dave and JoAnne were amazing. We were sending our youngest daughter to the Arlington Virginia area for graduate studies and needed a place for housing. Dave and JoAnne took time to find a quality, safe affordable place that turned out to be such a blessing. They even took time to do virtual showings and real time. FaceTime showings. Dave and Joanne did a yeoman's job selling the condo. They researched the comps and we listed it for what we both thought was a fair price. They knew that I wasn't interested in a lower price so when several offers came in, they informed the buyer that I may not be interested but ran them all by me. Though I sold for more few dollars less than the asking price, they did a nice job negotiating between several potential buyer to provide me the best deal. Not being local to the area, I relied upon them to coordinate the preparation of the house for sale as well as all understanding the market and making sure all was in order through the entire process.
