Dave and JoAnne where phenomenal for both transactions. Fast to respond and proactive but never pushy. They are a seasoned professional team who have the foresight to take corrective action before a problem is able to develop. Not one surprise in either transaction, no wasted time and no drama. joanne expertly guided me through the process of selling a home in a very difficult market. due to personal considerations there was a narrow window in which the house needed to sell. joanne knew how to get the job done.

JoAnne was great. She asked me a few questions over coffee and then knew where to go to find what I needed. She obviously knows northern VA well as she was very helpful with commuting details and school info. She went out of her way to help me with every detail of the transaction.
JoAnne is more than willing to spend the time to get it right. In viewing properties she was able to discern from each showing those matters that were of most importance to me. Final location put me in the general area I wanted, with the amenities I needed and within the price limitations I was working with.
