Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Assessed the problem and made recommendations. Appreciated that they didn't try to patch the problem and continue to charge for continuous repairs. Will definitely call again when a heat/air problem occurs!

I had just gotten out of A hospital rehab. The fourth night home about 9:30pm my air conditioner quit cooling. Dash came promptly the next morning and fixed it.

Great service today. Nathan was the tech, he checked out our ac. He everything he was doing. We needed freon,he explained the cody,cost, it was needed. He explained it as not covered under the service agreement or warranty, also told me the cost. All this was done prior to adding freon. Overall all we like Dash, good service, Techs know their job, reasonable prices, on time too. You know when they will arrive, the Tech calls prior to coming to your house.
