The problem was quickly found and the technician talked me through the entire steps of what it could be to what he was gonna do first and showed me the old parts taken off the system. And recommended things to follow up on.

Our technician David was very helpful and speedy in fixing the issue with our A/C! He went over everything in detail and kindly explained the issue and solution. DASH was able to service our system within two days of calling them compared to three weeks for other companies!!

Problem was diagnosed quickly. David replaced the thermostat and it’s working great now!!! :) I also signed up for a yearly maintenance contract and saved money on the repair cost!
