I am a new customer to Dash. Had to replace a worn out patched on HVAC system. Their estimator did an excellent job of estimating my needs as well as pointing out code & installation issues that had to be corrected. He provided an acceptable estimate for the project as well as a finance source. I accepted and within a week Dash obtained my Lennox components and installed the equipment. WOW! The team at DASH were great to work with. They showed up, measured my home, explained my options for installing new heating and AC systems, arrived to do the install (on time no less), performed the install (all while being courteous and mindful of not knocking holes in the walls or making a mess of the floors), showed me how to operate the new system, and finally gave me a follow-up call to make sure my expectations had been met. What more can one ask for?

Dash has always taken care of my cooling needs and today was no exception! Justin was fantastic and diagnosed the problem, answered all of my questions in regards to next steps, and added more refrigerant to get me to my next appointment. He is very informed and educated me a lot. Great job!
