My heating checkup today and Brooks did a fantastic job. Explained what he was doing, and identified some areas that will need attention soon. Brooks was extremely professional and courteous, and answered all my questions about the unit. Great job by this team; won't go anywhere else.

As always Nathan provided excellent service. He is friendly and courteous and explains everything he does.
AC went out last night. Called Liz at 8 this morning and Justin was out here by 9. Extremely polite, very knowledgeable, and was great around my animals. He explained what happened and promptly had me up and running in about 20 minutes. Not pricey (in my opinion) and worth every penny to have it done right. Thanks Justin, and the entire Dash team!

I absolutely rate Hugo A/C technician from DASH heating and Air Superior and Fully Exceeds in his knowledge and craftsmanship while repairing my A/C unit. He took great time and care to show and explain everything that was going on with my unit and went even further to advise me of impending shortages of parts and changes in efficiency soon to be regulated into Law affecting my 20 year old existing unit. I will never use the service of Dash Heating and Cooling again. They were unprofessional, and serviced my HVAC systems for three years failing to service the purification system and UV light service. In fact, we questioned the service multiple times, and not once did they fail to tell us that servicing this portion of our system was not part of the plan. When I asked to be removed from my yearly contract, they failed to oblige, and I continue to pay for service that I do not want.

Prior to 2015 we did maintain Ms. P**********'s system, then in 2015 she chose to have a different company install her system for a cheaper price. In 2017 we purchased the assets of that company. We did not have to but we did honor that companies extended maintenance agreements for 2 years. This means that we performed maintenance on her system for two years free of charge, she did not pay us anything. We have not been servicing Ms. P********** for 3 years, it was 2 years, and it was also free. This makes it confusing as to ... read more
