The technician was very detailed. Explained everything. However, I was quoted $78.00 and was charged $96.00. He also, wanted to charge $160 to remove a screw. I thought some things was part of the service fee. I could be wrong. I would use them again.

This is our second experience using Dash Heating and Air. They were the first place we called when our AC was having an issue. The technician was friendly and courteous and answered all our questions. Dash is a great company and we highly recommend them.

Excellent, thorough service, and quick response time, even though I’m sure this is a very busy time of year (July). Technician (Cato) did a great job of explaining the issue, and was clear on what we were being charged for. He also did a great job of explaining the benefits of 247 Club membership without being pushy, which I really appreciated. Will definitely plan on using Dash in the future!
