Avoid, avoid, avoid this company!!! After numerous visits to identify the source of a ground floor leak, they pointed to 3 conflicting sources amongst them (top floor boiler, upstairs shower and outside drain pipe) all of which we had repaired but the leak carried on. Here we are 6 months on and exasperated, and then another company called SOS come out and immediately identify the leak source as a fractured pipe under the floor. Worst customer service we have ever received, as OAP’S we feel completely let down and ignored by DASA. On the advice on our insurance company we contacted DASA to arrange a track and trace procedure regarding a leak we had on our main water supply pipe. We paid money upfront and the work was then carried out only to be told by the workman he could not locate the leak and did not know where the pipework was leaking from – (now we know why money was paid in advance never in all our years have we paid for anything before work... read more
