this company is an absolute joke. Tried charging me 650 labour to remove gearbox just to diagnose which was another 100(even though i knew what the exact issue was!!) then parts cost 100-150 to then charge me another 650 to put it back together. Nearly 1600 just to rectify 1 issue. Then when i said i wont be paying that as i know its alot cheaper then that as its a straight forward job the owner was rude as hell ,swore at me and said he was just gona push my car onto the side of the road and told me it wasnt his problem if i... read more
My tiguan had a water leak causing the carpets and seats to be soaked. Dropped it off on the Monday and the issue had been fixed and water removed from inside the car by the next day. Highly recommend, great customer service and reasonably priced as well. Will be taking my car back there for any future work.
