I've been feeding Darwin's to my dogs for several years now, and in my experience, their food is top notch and so is their customer service. I hope everyone keeps in mind that the FDA's "zero tolerance" policy on bacteria in pet food is a nearly impossible mountain for raw pet food producers to climb. Darwin's continues to provide *real* raw food, not 'purified' or high pressure pasteurized, which is optimal nutrition for healthy dogs and cats.
The customer service at this company is terrible. I have been waiting 8 weeks for a refund for contaminated food. Every time I call customer service I am promised that my card will be credited or this last time I was told they would put a check in the mail. One week later, and I still have yet to receive the check. Go with a different company. Theses guys are bunch of liars.
Love this company! The quality of food is amazing. They make it so easy to feed a well balance diet and the cost for this is very reasonable. Thank you! Also my kitty’s fur is stunning because of it too.
Thanks to Darwin’s, I’m having to put down my cat I’ve had for 10 years. He was good before starting this and last night was bleeding out of his rear end because of the infection. Got the email about a recall on dog food, maybe should recall the cat food too. Now my young children will have to grieve the loss of our sweet cat right after grieving the loss of my dad to suicide. We are devastated.
Poor quality meats and countless recalls about salmonella contamination, many of which they hid. We have canceled Darwin’s and have gone elsewhere.
Great product, affordable, and the customer service is amazing as well!!
