My Furkids love Darwins. I would have given them 5 stars if the packaging didn't leak during the thawing process. I've also noticed there is inconsistency from batch to batch. Whether or not this is a result of the packaging not being air tight, I do not know. I just hope you are going to improve the packaging.

My dogs love the food, and look and feel great! I love that they're getting a balanced raw diet that's as easy to feed as kibble. I've also had 2 experiences with customer service and both interactions were terrific!
My customer service experience was very nice. The product itself is what I’m concerned about. The meat varies in colors from package to package. Some look great and bright red, others look grayish brownish. I would say 50% of the packages leak so I am constantly cleaning up blood in the refrigerator. The past recalls concern me. It's a little more pricy than through the co-op, but it is a nice quality and antibiotic free options are available. My girl, Momo, enjoys her fruits and veggies with raw!
Our Darwin’s box just arrived and my pups are begging for more already. Even my picky eater inhaled it. Yay!
My Arabian Mau, Pixie, is a very picky cat. When we rescued him at the beginning of the year, he was very sick. We offered him many different kinds of cat food, including wet canned cat food. We found out he had an interest in raw food when he jumped up onto the counter and started eating raw chicken. I researched about feeding raw to cats and found Darwin's during my research. I ordered the trial pack and Pixie is a fan! Thank you Darwin!
