You should be ashamed of yourselves for sending out contaminated food for 14 MONTHS and not telling customers. My dog has been lethargic, vomiting, and had a severe seizure from his batch of food. We have switched to another company and he is no longer sick. You do not have secret recalls and not inform customers. Other customer's dogs are experiencing the same side effects due to Salmonella/Listeria. Never again. I want a refund.
The last day two weeks my order was not delivered and worse I was not even informed that it would not be delivered. I ONLY found out because I called. I was told a letter explaining they were backed up was being written and yet I never received that either. The product itself is great but this is incredibly unprofessional, unacceptable, and unreliable. I am profoundly disappointed in the customer service that I have received, so much so that I very likely will discontinue service.
I started both my 20 year old cat and 15 year old dog on Darwin’s about a month ago-my cat is playing like never before and my dog, I swear, is smiling. I’ve visited my vet for baseline checkups to measure any changes. I can see the difference in both animals on the outside and in their energy. They both love the food and the transition was easy-easier for my cat which I’m told is unusual! I’m a big fan of Darwin’s, and so are my pets.
Terrible customer service! They've been shipping me dog food I haven't ordered and charging me for it. I purchased from them for almost 2 years, but suddenly their customer service is the worst ever and they are not taking responsibility for their mistakes.
Visit dogfoodadvisor website for December 2017 recall. Affects a few, not all, Darwin’s pet food products. Let’s keep our pets safe. ❤️
