Awesome product! We get our food on time every 6 weeks that's the highest of quality. I had no idea what a difference it would make in my dog! She's so much more energetic, her coat is super shiny and she just LOVES getting her meal everyday. Thanks so much guys! Keep doing great work!
Used your food for my two dogs. First two shipments were great. Third shipment about have the packages would leak when you thawed them. Turns out they had tiny holes in the packages. Emailed Darwin about the issue. They blamed it on new packaging equipment and then asked for photo proof. Told them I didn't have time to take photos of packages leaking all over my fridge containing now untrustworthy dog food. No response. Have been using Darwins for 2 years now, love the quality of the food, the accessibility and easy to use, but have alway have problems with packaging, they always leak! Its so bad that everytime i feed my dogs its a bloody mess on the floor/counter and everywhere. Wished they can invest in better packaging system, currently looking for another company.

Awesome raw food for my 3 little doggies, one of them is a senior chihuahua and i was looking in to the best diet to keep her at good health. I am so happy i found darwins, quick delivery and and awesome food. Since i don't like meat i don't have to worry about cooking it anymore, i just defrost it and give it to my babies. So happy
We've fed Darwin's for a couple of years. Customer service has become rude and non-responsive over the last 6 months. They used to put dry ice in each package but quit. Ours sits in the sun for several hours before we are able to get it inside. We have made repeated calls and emails to them. They say they will have dry ice added but they still have not added any. There are several folks in the area who have this problem and who may switch to a local provider.
I started my 7 yr old boxer on it, she had no problems with the transition, and loves the food....
I started my pug on this formula at 12 & she lasted another 5 years with me after that. Her cloudy eyes cleared & her coat became much softer instead of being a walking prickly pear. Now I'm a huge fan so my shitzu can't have anything else. Thank you for improving the health of my fur babies!
