The actual product is decent and the packaging is great, but beware if you ever have a customer service issue. I never received my package so I called Darwin’s yesterday to look into it, and the package magically appears in my leasing office today, 1 week old and rotten. They claim that because my leasing office signed for it, that I am responsible. I had an issue with the wrong protein being shipped this past week. When I called, I talked with Gina. Her customer service was phenomenal! She was so friendly, helped me get a refund for not only the wrong meat but also the shipping. I also need to change my protein and was hoping to get it shipped for this coming week. Great food, but every package leaks otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.
My picky 20 year old cat loves this stuff. I was doubtful, but pleasantly surprised.
Our cats love this food. Quality meat. Delivery is a big bonus.
Very disappointed that Darwins keeps changing their formulations. Are you looking at the organic fruits and veggies that are constantly changing. Do you have a senior dog who needs low fat? Look at the fat content? What about sweet potatoes and yams? Very sad to see the new direction of Darwins that I have given such positive reviews to so many people for so long.
My wild-born primitive dog is ridiculously difficult to feed, rejecting traditional kibble and wasting a significant portion of the few raw foods she will occasionally pick at. Darwin's is different - she reacts to it with the same intensity and enthusiasm as she does to a fresh kill (she still hunts). I also love that the company supports both service dog handlers and first responder K-9 handlers. Thank you!!
