I purchased the sample product to see how my older dog would do with it. Unfortunately UPS shipped it to the wrong address and then it arrived at my house defrosted in 90 degree heat. UPS filed a report and contacted the company and said Darwin's would contact me...crickets. I sent them an e-mail...crickets. Finally got someone on the phone today to cancel my subscription. Worst customer service ever!
The only food that doesn’t make my cat with IBS sick. I had tried everything else. Their customer service is great too. Literally a life saver for my pet.
LOVE Darwin's! I started my 2 cats in December, and both were immediately more active with smaller and less smelly stools. They race to their bowls and are actually excited to eat. And after a few weeks, their fur started shining! I'm sad to see some negative reviews because my experience has been so wonderful. Customer service responds to my emails within a day, and all my requests have been politely and properly handled. Manufacturers knew that they were selling bad product made in unsanitary conditions for two years and did nothing about it - and lied too! Pick another company to buy from, this one is trash.
Worst company! Do NOT buy their food. They had a batch of Chicken and Duck go out with Salmonella. The KNOW customers received it, and are lying saying that NO customers have become sick. That is not true, as my dogs are sick and they will not compensate for any food that was consumed, just what is in our freezer still? Appalling.
The recalls are unacceptable and customer service leaves a little to be desired. For some reason, they cannot get me added to their email list for recalls, but happily email back and forth with a rep. I'm livid!
