My cat loves this food. Unfortunately, the company has been having some major food safety issues. My bengal cat got very sick last month. It almost died. As I looked further into the company’s food safety records, I discovered that it has had more food safety issues in the past. https://www.foodsafetynews.com/…/darwins-pet-food-pathogen…/ I am desperately looking for an alternative, safer brand.
I emailed on Tuesday requesting two different prescription diets and it’s now Friday and they are still not approved. They also called the wrong vet for the wrong dog and said my other vets phone keeps ringing busy when I can call and get right through. I’m getting the impression you don’t want my business by your lack of attempting to contact my veterinarians. I can call chewy.com and they will call my vet immediately. Prescription diets are no joke and a little urgency would have been appreciated.

Great product for a decent price. LOVE that we get to return the shipping containers, not only for convenience but for the environment. Asked the previous place we were getting frozen raw food from to do the same and never got an answer. Had a small issue with the last shipment and customer service handled it quickly. Loving the switch we made to Darwin's!
