The dog food was ok, but getting a letter today that my credit card info was hacked from their system? No bueno.
Darwin’s is about to lose a customer because you use UPS ... Who btw is the worst around here ...It’s 7:15 pm and my order is still out for delivery ... Drivers never work this late ... so my dogs food will be held over to tomorrow ... We are out of his food and need to buy something for him until UPS delivers .... We are canceling auto delivery and will feed him something I can buy at Petsmart! If it ever gets here and is not frozen ... you can have it back!
Our older cat that we recently adopted was having hairball/vomiting issues and possibly has IBD. We tried everything, including top shelf expensive wet food, to hairball control food. We haven't switched completely to raw yet, but his issues are much more controlled with his diet being majority from Darwin's Natural! We are happy that we aren't cleaning up vomit all the time, and he is happy and enjoys the food!
Wonderful food for your dog or cat. Reasonably priced, really not much more than it cost me to make it myself. My dogs love the food and they are healthier than they have ever been. Customer service is awesome, my shipments arrive on time and always frozen. I highly recommend Darwin's Natural Pet Products.
I buy the prescription version and my pet insurance pays 90% minus shipping costs. It is amazing.
