We've been a subscriber for over a year. Service used to be okay but has gone downhill in the past few months. Delivery drivers drop off food on random days (not on the stated delivery days) and leave boxes out in the rain. They recently updated their website and it doesn't save any changes or delivery date preferences, so charges are also random and not necessarily the food you actually want. OMG, They mislead me by setting up an auto ship that figured out was a third of what I would actually need to feed my two 40 lb. dogs. When I asked whether they had not set it up properly they said they’d gladly triple my order and charge me just under $1200 per month. Seriously?? I’m financially well off, but that’s crazy. I guess there are people who would pay that, but for me it just doesn’t make sense. I could feed my dogs something far superior for that amount of money.
The food is fine, customer service is awful... they take forever to get back to you. I’ve emailed, called, left messages.... this month they double charged me delivery and won’t refund me. Still waiting for a call back from them about this issue.

If a customer contacts you to say you sent the wrong product, consider fixing it.
Brady was ten years old when I rescued him. He was arthritic, tired, and had a bad tummy... I didn't think I'd get more than a year or two with him but next month is his 15th birthday! Darwin's food has been amazing for him and he never gets a upset stomach from it. My newest rescue, Leo who's seven, also loves the food! The customer service team is outstanding. Poor customer service. Without any notice, they charged for replacement of spoiled food that had thawed during previous delivery. Also found bone fragments in some of the food. Combined with very non-environmentally friendly packaging and the historical food recalls, I certainly do not recommend.
Pumpkin loves this food and is a total kitten despite being 14 years old!
