Gave 10 years warranty for replacing whole roof for new- completely worthless. Called about small issues with cables coming loss after their installation and again when a couple of tiles came loose after stormy weather. On both occasions Dan spoke aggressive over the phone and refused to rectify. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs. Your reply is incorrect you didn’t do repairs you replaced the whole roof for new. The slates shouldn’t come lose after only one year- if fitted correctly. You are a bodger not a roofer.

Just had some block paving done and the rest of my paving restored with a clean and resin treatment. We are really pleased with the work. Dan and his team pay great attention to detail. Our old drive has been totally transformed and looks new again! Would highly recommend.

Had my back covered in resin .they did do a good job but overnight a cat walked on it and left footprints. Dan said he would sort it out. His lads came and cut a piece out and filled it. But they used too much resin in the mix now I have a patch of liquid resin in the middle. Dan said he would sort it as soon as someone else had a lob done in the same material as me.that was late February 2023. 6 months later job not done.I have phoned,messages,email,what's app and sent a letter saying I was going to Tradeing standards.
