Simon was down to earth, honest and great fun which put me at ease. Excellent value for money as it was well over two hours of work. I couldn't have wished for better results. I was open to the idea of hypnotherapy and really ready to take the plunge which I think is key.
Simon is helping me through a very difficult time in my life. I have seen him for over a month now and I am starting to see the benefits already.
I would highly recommend Simon , he made me feel instantly at ease and my sessions were so helpful , very unrushed and have helped me so much , if you are thinking about hypnotherapy definately give it a go , he was so friendly and professional and incredibly knowledgeable
I am astounded at the results from Simon in just a few sessions. I didn't know anything about hypnotherapy before I met Simon but Simon takes the time to explain things clearly and also how the incredible mind works. I have been struggling with depression and anxiety for a while now and did not know why or what to do. I have tried counselling but it did not help me. After my session this week, I can honestly say that I feel the best I have felt in a long time! Honestly can't thank you enough Simon!
I met Simon prior to my session and he explained the process and how it works. This was very reassuring. The actual session was excellent, I was relaxed and felt in control the whole time but also feel Simon accessed the part of me that would allow me to make the changes I needed. I feel confident that I can move forward with much more confidence . I would 100% recommend Simon.
