Had a problem with a window that had blown fully open in high winds which was then impossible to close. Did a quick search to find a local window repairer and came across Dartford Glazing Ltd. Spoke to Mike who advised that the hinges would probably need replacing, although the old hinges may be able to be adjusted it was probably false economy. Contacting the company was easy. Mike responded quickly. He was polite and friendly. A survey of the work needed was done quickly with no fuss. Customer service is outstanding. Mike is clearly highly trained and knowledgeable. On the day, the job was done with thoroughness and great care. Mike is friendly and professional. The price was reasonable. Overall, it was a five star experience.
