I did not have a great experience here however the complaint I made was managed promptly and well. I would recommend an initial appointment before having treatment.
The staff here are so amazing! I came with my three year old son in tow today who was very upset about me having a scan.. The dental nurse completely turned all that around by sitting down and chatting away with him, putting Bluey on the big screen in the waiting room and making balloons out of surgical gloves. By the time I came out my son was entertaining the whole waiting room with songs, jokes and dancing! All staff are excellent, helpful, friendly and professional at this superb Dental Practice. Very attentative and caring with good, clear communication throughout treatment. Also with helpful recommendations.
