Ease of use, clean and tidy and more importantly non chaotic.
Useless. Told I need to fill in patient registration forms before I can even book an appointment, when the several other health centres I've been a patient of were able to accept the forms being completed on arrival for the appointment. Told that the forms weren't available online, and that they couldn't be emailed. It's 2017 and this surgery expect you to turn up in person to collect forms, go away, fill them in and bring them back, THEN they'll think about booking you an appointment!
