I am having an issue with 4 pieces of cane furniture I bought in September 2022. One of the swivel rockers is showing signs of insect infestation; although the furniture is eight months out of warranty, I contacted Daro, via the excellent retailer, but have received resistance to giving any advice. Daro has stated that the infestation is 'unlikely to be wood cane worm' and that 'very rarely do (they) get reports especially after this time'. The inference is that infestation is possible. Bought from a garden centre, a large sofa, two chairs, foot stall, coffee table and two side tables for our new garden room. They took 6 weeks to arrive once ordered and we were delighted with them. All our friends have complimented the look and comfort. Couldn’t be happier.
