I brought in my 2013 Forte for an appointment to have an oil change, tire rotation, and annual reconditioning as part of my DARCARS Protection Plan. I was asked to return at the end of the day as it would take time for the reconditioning, which is a reasonable request. When I came to pick it up, I'm told that NONE of the service was performed per my appointment. It appears my car was sitting on the lot somewhere for SEVEN HOURS with no work. No explanation given. Aaron Bennett helped me drive away in a brand new 2016 KIA last Monday. He is an excellent salesman and does what he says. He makes sure that he tries his hardest to get you what you while making sure it is the best decision and right fit for you. He said says he doesn't sell you trash cars and he definitely does not!
