Aaron Bennett is the best! I had two visits to DARCARS and left with my brand new car! Day 1 was educational and comforting. Day 2 was the deal breaker! He made sure my needs were met and he answered every question. The whole team is exceptional! Alan makes financing easy and Aaron Tucker is a wonderful leader! Do not Buy from them had a check from my credit union they tried to convince me to get a kIa loan telling me that's the only way I can get some rebates Told him what I want to spend have the check in my purse But no they want to play games went to Alexandria Hyundai in and out in 45 minutes with paperwork done $2500 rebate and out ��������Do not Do not buy with them ���
Our sales consultant was Van Dyke Jackson. He's an extremely accommodating representative who knows his stuff! He took very good care of us, weighed out several options and their respective pros and cons, and took the stress out of car shopping. He even transferred the car to this dealership with no hassle at all and in no time! I rolled away with the car I wanted AND more with an awesome deal! Thanks guys!
I literally waited 2.5 hours for a car wash that didn't happen...was asked to wait another 20 minutes. All because someone didn't sign the paperwork to have my car cleaned... left unresolved, irritated and passed that this wasn't solved immediately ����
Aaron Bennett is the man...if you're serious about buying a new car, go see him.
Don't buy! Total ripoff , we purchased a extended warranty, only to find out they didn't fill out the proper forms, did they contact us- hell no, we traded our car in before the manufactures warrant was up, we are entitle to a refund, only thing they keep giving us the run around, today I'm done I called to speak to a Stacy only to be put on hold for over five minutes, I call back, yeah you guessed it she was in a meeting along with the manager. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
This was by far the worst dealership that I have ever been to. I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 AM. 5 hours later I was told to come back next week because the parts were not in stock yet another person who arrived after me, (there for the same service) was taken care of.
So happy with my purchase and service provided to me and my family by Aaron Bennett at DARCARS Kia in Temple Hills. He was very personable, honest, upfront, he didn't hassle us and made sure we left out of there with what we wanted at a price that we were happy with and he WORKED to get that for us. The best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle in this area. He went the extra mile every step of the way!!!!
