The Kia dealership in Temple Hills, MD has by far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Our car has been in the service department for the past month & the maintenance team can’t seem to find the issue. (1/3) No rental has been provided nor has there been an open line of communication. RecommendedOMG. Who would have thought the great service I just received at Kia Matlow Heights. Got a bomb used car on Saturday, notice the tires a lil warn and I would probably have to replace in a few months. The Manager in Use Cars talk to the guy and they replaced all 4 with brand new tires. Everyone has been wonderful from my sales guy Cameron to the Use Car Manager, right down to the finance guy. I would definitely recommend them.
I had a wonderful experience! Calvin helped me walk away with a vehicle I am very happy with and gave me top of the line service. I was a first time car buyer and everyone there was willing to lend a helping hand. It was stress free and a delightful atmosphere. Calvin was also quick and efficient with showing my cars, test drives and giving me all the facts that I wanted on the cars. Very glad I went here!
Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a service dept. Brought the car in twice in 6 months for the same issue and it happened a 3rd time. Bring it back to them and now they say I need additional work done to it and they expect me to pay for the new work as well despite the last work having a 4 month 12k warranty on the work that has not yet expired. I do not recommend this Kia dealer seriously stay with Kia however don’t use this dealership. Right from the start the general manager told his sales guy that I would not buy and not to invest his time (he told me this upon picking up my car) they treated me like I was wasting their time, they screwed up my first contract with the bank, had to go with another bank they let my temp tags expire and was not going to renew them telling me I would have to park my brand new car.
