I cannot say enough good things about Kia in Marlow Heights. Whenever I've had a need to go into the dealership for service or question or need, I've always been treated with kid gloves. Recently, I bought my Kia Optima in for service on a Saturday, they dropped me at home, and had my car serviced within 2.5 hours; but made sure that I was not inconvenienced. So everyone from Tim (who did pickup and dropoff) to Mr. Moses and Aaron, thank you.
Very well nice atmosphere and the people are very nice and generous and the lounge sitting waiting area was the Bomb they offer free WiFi and nice hot beverage bar and snacks while you wait on your vehicle .
Car I wanted to drive was out of inventory (although Sales Manager had one for himself) they had no phamlets on the car I wanted it was disappointing
We experienced nothing but the utmost courtesy and consideration from Mr. Aaron Bennett, the sales professional we worked with on our first-time car buying purchase. When it turned out shortly thereafter that we had purchased a lemon, the entire management team was very accommodating and helped expedite our replacement vehicle so we could get back behind the wheel of our new Kia as soon as possible.
I was having a problem with my engine light and oil check symbol coming on after getting an oil change at Jiffy Lube on St Barnabas Road not the Kia dealership. I did not have an appt but Mr Lamar was so helpful I had the wrong oil filter placed on after my oil change. Mr Lamar figured out what was wrong and took care of the problem right away. So helpful. I recommend that if you have a problem or need an oil change go to your Kia dealership not Jiffy Lube.
Yesterday I went to Kia dealership hopping to purchase my very own first cars. I was pleased to be helped by Mr. Van Dyke who made my experience as a first time buyer easy and stressfree. He a very nice guy who gives his buyer the most help and best experience possible. The dealership was just an welcoming place altogether they don't just pressure someone to buy a car they find the best car for you and your budget.
