As a long time Ford customer, I had finally made the decision to try out the new Kia SUV. Granted, I understand that the response and demand for the Telluride has been huge. However, I am very disappointed to say that I have reached out to multiple Kia dealers (this being one of them) to question why the asking price is $10,000+ ABOVE manufacturer’s suggested price. Because you knew for 10 years your cars had faulty engines and you said nothing (no recall issued to date) and when customers came in with engine problems u acted shocked and unaware - I had to wait 3 months for my spare key never called me about my stickers had to wait two months for the owners manual and the wrong size tires are on my car I do not feel safe ever in my car. This just isn’t right

Giving 1 star because you can’t give zero. Only good part about this deal was I needed a car and I got a car. As a young black woman they have no respect for you. Ladies, please bring a big black man if you ever go to this place. The men are old miserable bullies. They lie and throw each other under the bus. Customer service is completely non existent. I had a horrible experience with service here they value money over their customers safety. I hope Kia pulls they're brand because I'm not done. Going to make sure Kia knows how they're treating a 5 time back to back kia customer.
I must give Kudos to Mr. Bennett. Very honest, and believe in keeping it real. I told him what I was looking for and I was concerned about wasting his time looking at cars I can't afford.
