Useless, been customer 15+yrs should have closed it after 1st strike. Best was when as EU citizen paying top SKAT- I got treated : " we can not give you home loan, because you are foreigner". When you want to close the account they can not execute that either. I lost all my access to bank app, but apparently I am still being charged for having account there and received post how it goes to minus.
