Saw review below ref problems withdrawing your money from your account. I had same problems even though I had a good reason for the withdrawal. Manager completely useless. I ended up taking my case to ombudsman and won and danske branch Armagh had to pay me compensation.

Great bank but staff should be more informative about why they need so much info just to withdraw money they just demand information for a 2500 withdrawal which i had pre ordered following there rules.if i want to spend 2500 on sweets and cola its none of your business where it goes .. Really bad customer service! I was in the bank to lodge cash into my account ,cashier took my money and bank card ,after looking at the screen she left with my money and bank card,behind the wall and started to whisper with the colleague for a good while. She came back and asked where this money came from(which wasn’t big amount),after I explained that it’s from work and I want to put into my account.
