Went phil long ford sell at the broadmooor arena today. first of all they are like vultures waiting for people to pull in. I was approached by someone from daniels long dealership, they showed me a bmw that was nice looking for a 2010, went for a test ride and that it was well maintained. The price was set at 20996, they said the price had been discounted and that they will give me a military 500 dollar discount added on to it. I'm just starting my search for a new vehicle and really just doing some window shopping to narrow down the type of vehicle. There was no pressure to walk out the door with a new car. This will bring me back when I am truly ready to purchase.

Bought a car on a Saturday, was back at the dealership Monday and everyday for the next week to exchange the car because I hated it. They wouldn't do a thing for me even though they have a 3 day exchange policy. They also failed to inform me that the car I bought was a rental car in the past, which would have been a deal breaker.
