Terrible customer service. My husband went in needing one part and some tools to fix his truck. We were stuck in the zoo parking lot with our three young children, pulling a 5th wheel. He was completely ignored by one guy, finally got some assistance and he said that guy was nice . Thankfully, though, y'all didn't have what we needed so you didn't get any money from us. I walk in and talk to the receptionist and ask for the sales person I worked with last time. She informed me that she no longer worked there she pointed as Joel a sales person sitting by the door on his phone to help me out. Joel doesn't get to know me at all and goes right into what I'm trying to purchase. I informed him of a lease deal that I had seen online from another Chevy dealership in another state and asked if they had anything similar to it. Been trying to purchase this Evo they have since the second day my buddy traded it in. They were asking a high price but I figured it would be in great condition and I knew the previous owner. They tell me it cannot be sold and then a week later they say it can be sold but for 2k more than before. So Michelle tells me to come down and take a look. Worst Car Dealership Experience Ever! Totally Swindled Me with Their Unscrupulous Sales Tactics! As Soon As The Papers were signed, they didn't know who we were and moved on to other potential Suckers. Then treated me like yesterdays Trash when they escorted me around to the back of the building to present me with my Filthy brand new car. I don't think that I could ever buy a car from anyone else. The sales team is phenomenal and the management it pretty amazing, too. I recommend Daniels Long to anyone in the market for a car.
