Awful service. Rude and condescending staff! Left there extremely upset and went straight over to Brandon Dodge and went home with an awesome new truck. I will never shop here again! Much better treatment and deals elsewhere!
Service is trash. The "techs" might have failed out of school. Every thing that they "fixed" on my truck, I've had to replace again. Maybe its time to fire some people. DO NOT GET SERVICE WORK DONE HERE!!!!!
Horrible service for return customers! uave bought 3 cars there now and went to trade in one and they don't give a darn if u bought with them previous and your extended warranty that you pay $2,000 extra for in non cancelable. Would of been great to know that before buying it!!!
Was looking at a used vehicle to buy because my lease was up and they were perfectly fine with me purchasing and returning my lease to them.. we sat down to begin the process until they didn't want to negotiate the price at all. I left and found the same vehicle somewhere else at a better price. I went to turn my lease in because it's through GM and all of the sudden they can't take GM leases after GM pulled them up through their data base and told me to turn it in there. I don't want to bear false witness against my neighbor and I've considered this quite carefully overnight, but I was very dissatisfied with the service on my Saturn. I would not want any one to be treated the way I was treated. Over a period of five days they just kept coming up with more and more things that needed to be done. They charged me for a new "Stabilitrax" monitor after first telling me that it was malfunctioning and had to be replaced or the car would stop working. After calling a day ahead and asking if we need to make an appointment for our oil change and being told no, to just come in, imagine my surprise when my husband is there as soon as the shop opens and is told that he couldn't be serviced until 3PM!! Not to mention the man that he spoke to was certainly not trained in customer service by any means.
