Absolutely horrible dealership. Takes advantage of customers. if you are Active Military or a Veteran please do not give them your time or money. You are just a sale to them.
So, I took my Tahoe in on Thursday, just a month after I had brought it to the service department for the some issues. I had paid over $1200 for this service department to fix a few problems that I am now coming back for. So, the service tech told me the part that controls the dashboard lights was faulty and they had to replace it, they put the wrong bulb in the front parking light and the technician did not tighten the filter after the oil change, which caused oil to leak. it takes them 2 hours to do an oil change, air and cabin filter!! They tell you it will be done at said time and you end up sitting for 2hrs..... for an oil and filter change. they might need to find some techs that know what they are doing and can do it in a reasonable amount of time. And if you ask how much longer they think it will be they are rude and talk down to you. Horrible customer service all the way around.

Please be prepared if you decide to shop for a vehicle at this dealership. My husband and I went to look and purchase a used vehicle; text drive the vehicle, completed the application and communicated the pricing. We hadn’t talked to them more than 15-20minutes on the pricing before we got the vehicle slip right out under us, so quickly to sell to someone else. Like I said be prepared...if you are motivated to buy, be quick to take what they offer you if you don’t want to lose the vehicle you went there to buy.
I have purchased 2 new Corvettes over the past 7 years-\-\spending well over $100,000, from you and had always been happy with your Service Department-\-\even writing favorable comments several times.
