I reported to the company a leak under the bath, and a plumber came to inspect it. He charged me £316 (including VAT) but didn’t do any actual repair work. All he did was confirm there’s a leak under the bath—something I already knew and had called him for. It feels like a complete waste of money. Once they got paid they don’t answer the phone anymore.
