Everyone involved were polite and knowledgeable.
Came in pain left shoulder. After surgery pain gone instantly.
The new facility is very nice but being the first visit I have no comment. The injection was fine.
Surgeon excellent . May have seen him 1 minute after surgery. PA’s handle post op visits. Did not return for second post op visit. My 3rd shoulder surgery and never experienced so little post op care or concern.
Dr Prohaska was very informative and explained things very well. I was very impressed with the Dr and all of his staff. It was just an all around excellent experience.
Very friendly and professional staff. Glad I was referred to Dr. Prohaska, he listened to me and gave me sound advice on my shoulder. He was not rushing to do surgery just because of the MRI. Rather he based it on my current symptoms and my age.
The staff at Surgicare and all the staff at Dr. Prohaska’s office as well as Dr. Prohaska are very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
He listened, review what could be done, explained the options. Overall, a positive experience
Everyone was so friendly. Such a nice change from other places I have been to.
