I saw Dr Prohaska for a shoulder issue that had been bothering me for months. Every person I was involved with was great to work with. His PA was extremely helpful in going over my x-ray and MRI results. Dr Prohaska was very personable and provided my options in a way that was easy to understand. My husband and I have both seen Dr. Prohaska and found everyone in the office to be so nice. The attention to detail was great so we were fully informed.
Nurse was very pleasant Only complaint was I arrived on time but couldn’t see nurse for 25 minutes
The check-in process could have been better and the receptionist that helped me was rude and very flat in affect. But Dr Dan’s whole team was fun, positive and very caring! Super impressed with their knowledge base and bedside manner!!!I he was my Dr.

Was called into my appointment almost right on time. Everything was real quick. Everybody there was extremely nice. The doctor wanted to start out with the easiest possible solution and go from there instead of trying to go right into surgery.
The facility is very organized and welcoming. His staff is great and He really makes you feel listened to - which is often rare in the medical field. If I EVER have a need for an Orthopedic doctor again, I will absolutely go to him.
