Staff from front desk, X-ray, intake in room to discharge are professional and delightful…I was there on a particularly busy day, but I never felt “rushed through” nor did I experience any negative attitudes. Dr Prohaska was awesome! He took his time to make sure I knew exactly what was wrong, why it was going to be difficult to fix and explained as well as demonstrated on a model knee so I totally understood what I was in for. Had x-ray of shoulder to discern cause of psin
I had a consultation visit regarding a probable shoulder replacement procedure. I admired the doctors professionalism, his confidence, and the efficiency of his staff.
I was in pretty bad shape, massive tears on my shoulder , like humpty dumpty he put me back together again. Thanks so much for your Expertise Dr. Prohaska

Dr. Prohaska is very good at not over diagnosing the issue. He does not jump right into pushing for surgery or more invasive stuff if he does not see a need for it. I have gone to him 2 other times for shoulder issues and he was the same.
Dr. Prohaska along with his team provide absolutely top line care. They all work hard to make the surgery process as easy and streamlined as possible. I would recommend anyone requiring his specialties to seek the care of Dr. Prohaska.
My appointment was at 2:00 I left my work at 1:30 to arrive 15 min. early as instructed. I was handed a tablet to fill in all my information again, because there was a new system. I was in the exam room at 3:21. I asked if I had made a mistake on my appointment time and was told the new system was making things run late. I was told I hadn't checked in until 2:19.
