The staff reviews all information and gives the advice that helps move me forward in treatment to a successful conclusion.
Excellent visit, extremely pleasant staff. Receptionist was very helpful and polite, nursing staff equally so. Dr. Prohaska was kind, considerate and listened to my concerns without making me feel rushed.
Dr. Prohaska did a great job - I don't plan on having another surgery, but if I do I would definitely go back to Dr. Prohaska.
Dr. Phrohaska's P.A. Chelsea was just absolutely awesome. I absolutely loved her and she has awesome bedside manner. Chelsea did a lot of education with me using the MRI studies, X-rays, and shoulder model in the room, she explained things very well. Dr. Prohaska is awesome as well. He is very pleasant and explains everything he showed and explained the MRI and what was going on with my shoulder. I’ve seen Dr. Prohaska twice now. He is knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. He is friendly and personable. The support staff is also great.
Very easy to talk to resulting in good conversation. Has good diagnostic skills to come up with a plan of care
Dr. Prohaska took time to explain our problem and how to correct it. He gave ample time for questions.
