Very professional and extremely personable. Immediately instills confidence.
Everything was streamlined perfectly with little to no waiting time. All staff was so kind and easy to talk to.
The whole facility is wonderful. Every staff member is pleasant and respectful and professional. I love AOA I wish I had a primary doctor like the people here. Immediate care is wonderful also. Always a good experience despite the injury you're going for. Thank you guys love you guys so much. Excellent work with my surgeries, great work from Dr prohaska he is very intelligent and seems to know everything, great guy.
He took his time with me, talking to me and asking questions. I didn’t feel like I had 15 mins on the book to see him. I seen a doctor before him and this was my second opinion the first doctor I felt was allowed 15 mins to see me he was rushed and didn’t exam me as well as Dr. Prohaska.
The nurse was also outstanding! Gave me good tips and answered questions to help my rehab. One thing that would if we could use the iceman machine while we are going thru PT. That lady in charge wasn't having that! Shoulder surgery has a long recovery and that iceman machine helps w/pain.
I was in an exam room at the appointed time, X-rays were taken, an assistant reviewed my medical history and the doctor analyzed the results and advised a course of treatment .
Everything was great from start to finish. Everyone was nice pleasant and welcoming!
Was a very comfortable as well as professional experience. Easy to talk to his staff as well as Dr. Prohaska. He didn’t rush you in and out but talked about what could be done to help my shoulder if I chose to do so. The whole office visit experience made you feel at ease and he let me decide where to go from hear and not rush me into a decision.
Thank you for being so helpful and informative. Everything was just easy and stress free.
