From initial contact to survey and fitting only took 3 weeks, Lynn was very quick to quote and address any queries. We had 7 double glazed units and one patio door panel replaced by Leon in less than half a day. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. We love the new glass in the bathroom. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Danetre Glass.

We’ve used Danetre Glass in the past to do our doors , and now they’ve now done our whole house with new windows . So here is true experience of dealing with this company... They changed the double glazed door panel for me to install a cat flap. Despite the instruction that it should be cut considering the hight of the cat, they've cut the whole so high up that the microchip catflap is not working and completely useless. I spend over £200 with them for installation of a catflap that can't actually be used. I asked them to send me their policy for defects and not standard installation and they never did.
