I accept that there are problems getting through on the telephone in the mornings, and it is not appropriate to have to go to Greenmount in Caerau for treatment on a regular basis. However, the treatment that I have received from the nurses (Ceri Smale in particular) and Dr Willetts, could not have been better, or more thorough and caring. Nothing has been too much trouble and they are very approachable. I feel fortunate to have been cared for by consummate medical professionals. Ardderchog!
I have been a patient at this practice for three years and am yet to Meet a doctor. This morning I received a letter in forming me of a change to my prescription, I was given no warning of this, my Chemist was given the Wrong prescription I had to go back to the surgery, again, only for a doctor to change the amount for my prescription on the letter and not give me a CORRECT prescription for the Pharmacy. Fingers crossed I will be accepted at another surgery.
I have many health issues,partily sighted and also disabled. This surgery is dreadful!! Was told on Thursday the gp had prescribed me two different antibiotics. They get sent to the pharmacy next door for them to be delivered to me. Phoned pharmacy to say nothing had been delivered (Monday) Could nut get through to surgery even though I rang 124 times as the user was busy 🤬
Constant issues with the phone system, you can’t connect- it says “user busy”, they’ve been aware of this for months and it still hasn’t been fixed.
