Placed repeat script order on evening of Sunday 28th Sept. Still not authorised by morning of Friday 3rd October. Called into see what problem was and met with unhelpful 'jobsworth receptionist. Phoned script line 2pm on Friday 3rd Oct. Told by a slightly more helpful member of script team that my script wasn't even processed until Wednesday 1st October. It was sat there for 2 whole days before it was even processed to go to GP for signing. Finally approved at 4pm on Friday 3rd October. 4.5 days after submission. So much for... read more
At Danebridge only half the staff care. The other half will rush you through your appointments just to get it over with, they won’t take the proper time with you that you may need. Maybe they’re understaffed or underpaid. It’s a shame because half the staff are amazing , it’s the other half that absolutely ruin the place.
I'm immunosuppressed on methotrexate injections and have an infection. Staff at Danebridge medical centre couldn't care less !!!! Call back service for appointments in the morning is a service just to tell you that there aren't any appointments left !!!! Going to contact my specialist at the hospital
Appointment system is too complicated. Phoned this morning after trying from 0800 to book an appointment via the NHS app which is good for messages etc. But was informed no appointments available so used phone. Was told the new system did not use NHS app but to go via Danebridge website. I will try this in future as the PATCHES system is not used now?. Cannot see a Doctor as my complaint needs to be Triaged via a form. Feel totally let down by a system that seems to think patients are an irritant and not valued. It used to b... read more
