They Lost my urine sample which they wanted urgently, looks like I'll need to supply another one
This place is a joke I have tried to make an appointment for 3 days now and can’t even get one and this on line appointment System is a load of crap
Tried to Triage on Monday @ 0803am message all appointments for the day allocated the same old story without doubt: worst surgery in the UK, let alone Northwich
Absolute joke, impossible to get an appointment, very unhelpful staff, full afternoon & 3 journeys wasted chasing a repeat prescription ordered on line for collection at surgery that they cancelled because I didn’t have a nominated pharmacy. Went to prescription home delivery with pharmacy2u due to past issues with surgery & nominated chemist, go back to surgery collection and have same issues for last 2 times. Enough is enough, now moving to a different surgery to save my sanity, time & money in travelling.
