She doesn't focus on her patients at all. I was a new patient and had my records forwarded. After I told her that I sent it. She still didn't read to understand it. She came to me with drops say to check if I had glaucoma. After that I knew, because I've had glaucoma since age 17. Anyway previously they had taken photos of my eyes and for that I got the bill from hell. Needless to say I didn't go back
Dr. Yin cares for the patients and is super efficient. We love seeing her!
This is by far the most unprofessional doctor’s office I have ever dealt with. I was given an appointment for February 20th. When I showed up, they told me my appointment was actually on the 23rd. I assumed maybe there was some confusion and gave them the benefit of the doubt. So I came back again on February 23rd for my scheduled appointment, only to find the office completely closed. For eyes exam appointment is flexible. If you misplaced your prescription and request a copy is very very difficult. When you called they transferred you to many different departments ended up got no resolved.
