For eyes exam appointment is flexible. If you misplaced your prescription and request a copy is very very difficult. When you called they transferred you to many different departments ended up got no resolved.
Dr. Yin is the best!
Dr. Yin is wonderful. She’s honestly the best doctor I’ve ever dealt with.
Dr. Robert Chu seemed quite impatient. As a self-pay patient, I paid more but received the worst service. He only spent less than 5 minutes with me, and I didn’t understand how to use the medication because I am not a native speaker. He left without addressing this, which was very frightening and disappointing.
A wonderful experience with Dr. Yin! She was a referral from my sister who has trusted Dr. Yin for several years. From the start, Dr. Yin and her staff were very helpful, friendly, professional and diligent. Dr. Yin was very knowledgeable while being patient and attentive to my questions and concerns.
