Our Ford F-450 went in to have the moonroof tracks replaced on June 1st. On June 2nd were told Ford was going to help with the cost due to it being only 400 miles out of warranty. They agreed to pay $165 and we were responsible for $495. 10 days later (while being told for the said 10 days that there was a programming issue) we were then told the moonroof motors were bad!
