I came in on Monday evening at the Charleston facility to see about trading my van in and getting another car. I told them what car I wanted and had an appointment for the next day to see it because it was at the Mattoon facility. I arrived to find out it was not there and was being shown at the Mattoon facility. Basically it was sold out from under me. A waste of my time and gas!!
RecommendedIf anyone needs a car make sure you get ahold of Steve “The Flash” Gordon!!! He is an amazing guy and made sure I got exactly what I wanted!!!
I recently purchased my Ford Fusion from Pilson . Great staff . And they will genuinely strive to get you approved ! They will make sure you love the vehicle before you leave . You may spend several hours there but it’s worth with the great staff and leaving in your new vehicle

We always get good service at Pilson Auto Centers. They do a good inspection when changing oil in our vehicles. If there is an issue they provide a good description and explain your options to fix the problem. Sometimes it's a quick fix that is taken care of at the time.
Chris Miller is the best salesman I know! He gets the job done. Gets you exactly everything you want in a vehicle. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I recommend him to anyone and everyone!
I've always heard that you shouldn't buy a car that was made on a Monday or Friday. Looks like that rule applies to getting your vehicle washed/serviced too...
Train their wash bay staff on how to properly wash and vacuum a car. it was still dirty, inside and out!! Alec, however is awesome to work with!!
